Any good cooking class ends with a lavish meal, but Kaz Matsune of Breakthrough Sushi is taking it a step further. During his 2.5-hour tutorial, you'll not only get lessons in making sake cocktails and sushi rolling but also a chance to create innovative rolls during an Iron Chef-like challenge ($110). Appetizers and drinks are included in the events, which are on select Saturdays and Wednesdays starting May 2.
